Basic Wire End Fittings

Swage/ Fixed Jaw Turnbuckle.

A common fixture for the tensioning of wires, when a fixing point is present that is terminally swaged onto the wire. It is a very neat method of utilising a turnbuckle to tension the wires.

Available to suit wire sizes 3mm, 4mm & 5mm

Fixed Swage Fork

A fixture for the dead ending of wires when a fixing point is present that is terminally swaged onto the wire. 

Available to suit wire sizes 3mm, 4mm & 5mm

Threaded Swage Stud

A terminally swaged thread that when used with a tensioning device such as a nut or female adjuster provides a low profile & neat method of tensioning a wire.

Available to suit wire sizes 3mm, 4mm & 5mm

Stopper

A terminally swaged stopper end that does not allow the wire to pass through a drilled hole. A very low profile and neat method of fixing a wire at the dead end.

Available to suit wire sizes 3mm, 4mm & 5mm
